Helathcare Assistant Jobs in Acumed Medical Pte Ltd


Position : Healthcare Assistant
Salary : - 
Country : Singapore

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care, including reception &registration, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling and others;
  2. Dispensing, assisting Doctors, Radiographers and Nurses in clinical matters, dressings, investigations & laboratory tests, surgery, procedures, health/medical screenings & examinations and others;
  3. Sterilizing equipment, creating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports;
  4. Drug administration duties such as stock monitoring, ordering and maintenance;
  5. Clinic housekeeping;
  6. Establishing good rapport with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements;
  7. Monitoring of stationery, medical supplies, furniture and equipment at clinics;
  8. Monitoring and follow up of investigations, X ray, medical reports, client requests;
  9. Handling of general enquiries; and
  10. Maintenance of service and professional standards.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum GCE 'O' level or ITE certificate
  2. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare or medical industry
  3. Prior experience in medicine dispensing preferred
  4. PC/computer literacy and ability to work efficiently are pre-requisites
  5. Proficiency in English
  6. Knowledge of other languages is an asset
  7. Cheerful personality
  8. Strong interpersonal skills
  9. Service-oriented and a good team player
  10. Hardworking and willing to learn

Additional Information

Able to commit to clinic opening hours including evenings, weekends and/or public holidays
44 hours per week; 6 days per week
Willing to travel between clinics
Part-timers are welcome to apply
