Administrative Officer (Part time) Job Vacancy


Responsibilities:

  1. Handle summon case files, appeals, reminders, and related correspondence.
  2. Upload speeding cases into the payment gateway system.
  3. Manage driver particulars and traffic enforcement emails.
  4. Liaise with ICA for updated offender addresses.
  5. Update payments received via PayNow.
  6. Provide administration support to the Sentosa Resilience Department.
  7. Assist in data entry and tracking of fine payments.
  8. Manage internal and external mails.
  9. Maintain confidential and accurate records.
  10. Perform other directed duties.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum N or O level qualifications.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in data entry and administrative duties.
  3. Proficient in computer literacy.
