Job Vacancy :

Position :Customer Service Executive
Company : Yong Fah International Pte Ltd


Responsibilities

  1. Attend to phone and email enquiries, and walk-in customers.
  2. Prepare quotations, process and track order status, and arrange delivery of customer orders.
  3. Issue purchase orders to suppliers when necessary.
  4. Maintain and improve good relations with customers, and up-sell products for additional bonuses.
 

Requirements

  1. NITEC, GCE ‘O’, ‘N’, ‘A’ Level, Diploma holders or foreign equivalent.
  2. Although not essential, experience with ERP software will be advantageous. Training will be provided.
  3. Customer-focused, attention to detail, organized and able to multi-task with good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
  4. Applicants with 1 to 3 years of customer service experience will be beneficial.
