Position :Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
- Attend to phone and email enquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Prepare quotations, process and track order status, and arrange delivery of customer orders.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers when necessary.
- Maintain and improve good relations with customers, and up-sell products for additional bonuses.
Requirements
- NITEC, GCE ‘O’, ‘N’, ‘A’ Level, Diploma holders or foreign equivalent.
- Although not essential, experience with ERP software will be advantageous. Training will be provided.
- Customer-focused, attention to detail, organized and able to multi-task with good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
- Applicants with 1 to 3 years of customer service experience will be beneficial.
