The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:
- To manage and maintain stock levels of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and attend to guest requests.

- To ensure all expiry dates are monitored and stocks are used on a first-in- first out basis.

- To maintain the chemical dispenser and restock as necessary.
- To manage the extra bed and baby cot inventory and place prior to arrival.
- To ensure any guest request received is acknowledged and completed .
- Report any defects to the manager on duty.
- Ensure soiled linen is collected from all floors and sorted in the linen room.
- To collect and send all used crockery and cutlery for washing and replenishing them on the floors.
- Replenish apples bowl on the executive floor corridors.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
