The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

 

  1. To manage and maintain stock levels of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and attend to guest requests.
  2. To be responsible for keys and walkie talkie assigned
  3. To do monthly stock take of the guest supplies and cleaning supplies.
  4. To report any stock levels that are running low.
  5. To ensure all expiry dates are monitored and stocks are used on a first-in- first out basis.
  6. To clean and follow WSH rules for stocking the linen room.
  7. To maintain the chemical dispenser and restock as necessary.
  8. To manage the extra bed and baby cot inventory and place prior to arrival.
  9. To ensure any guest request received is acknowledged and completed .
  10. Report any defects to the manager on duty.
  11. Ensure soiled linen is collected from all floors and sorted in the linen room.
  12. To collect and send all used crockery and cutlery for washing and replenishing them on the floors.
  13. Replenish apples bowl on the executive floor corridors.
  14. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
