TOC is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. They are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Clinic Executive Jobs in The Orthopaedic Centre


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Providing front-line service to patients and visitors pro-actively.
  2. Perform reception duties such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments and surgeries.
  3. Perform billing and cashier.
  4. Chaperone doctors and assist them in the room when doctors are performing physical examination on the patients.
  5. Check clinic stock inventory.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. No work experience required.
  3. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  4. Able to work in a team with doctors, managers, finance department and other employees of the company
  5. Able to be rotated amongst the 4 clinics owned by the company
  6. Prior experience in medical field with medical knowledge is highly preferred.
  7. Good interpersonal skills with a graceful personality.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  1. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  2. Professional verbal and written communication skills
  3. Strong Microsoft Office and Internet Skills
  4. Ability to multi-task and prioritise
