Part-Time Customer Service Officer Jobs


Position / Jobs : Part-Time Customer Service Officer at Tampines Area

Responsibilities:

  1. General Adminstration work
  2. Handle and process all enrolments and registration
  3. Handle & follow-up customers' enquires
  4. Assist in daily school operations and any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Diploma & above
  2. Customer Service-oriented, patience and able to handle children.
  3. Able to work on Saturday and Sunday (8:30am to 6:30pm)
  4. Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates on handling daily school operations
