Position / Jobs : Engineer Assistant ( Customer Service )
Salary : $2,500 – $3,000 per month
Job Scope
- To provide on-site maintenance service support and 24hrs weekly rotational standby to existing customers.
- On-site supervision and to perform installation, overhaul, testing & commissioning, servicing and repair jobs of company product.
- Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customers’ requirements.
Requirement
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics) or ITE with minimum 1 year of experience or equivalent.
- Entry-level candidates with positive learning attitude will also be considered.
- Able to perform manual work, work well in a team as well as work independently under minimum supervision.
- Candidate with ISO9001 knowledge will have added advantage.
- Possess good communication skill and willing to pick up new skill set.
- Possess Class 3 driving license will be added advantage.
- Basic knowledge in Omron/Mitsubishi PLC will be added advantage.
