- 9.00am – 6.00pm (working hours can be discussed and rearranged)
- Candidates require working pass need not to apply
Job scope
- Issue invoice, quotations, statement of accounts to customers
- Maintain filing system of documentations.
- Handling telephone calls
- Liaise with suppliers on payment and
- Work closely with operations team
- Maintain proper records for accounts / bookkeeping
- Maintain a positive relationship with both customers and suppliers
Job requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field, familiar with vehicle accident insurance claim preferred.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to handle enquiries from Chinese speaking customers and suppliers)
- Proactive and take initiatives in work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
