2. Click on Time & language on the left sidebar.
3. Click on Date & time on the right pane.
4. Make sure the Set time automatically toggle switch is turned on. If it is off, click on it to turn it on.
5. Optionally, you can also turn on the Set time zone automatically toggle switch if you want Windows 11 to detect your location and adjust your time zone accordingly.
6. If you want to sync your date and time with an online server, scroll down to Additional settings and click on Sync now.

That's it! Windows 11 will now keep your date and time updated automatically.

How to Change Date and Time Manually in Windows 11


If you prefer to change the date and time manually, you can use the following steps:

1. Open Settings by clicking on the Start menu and selecting the gear icon, or by pressing Windows + I on your keyboard.
2. Click on Time & language on the left sidebar.
3. Click on Date & time on the right pane.
4. Turn off the Set time automatically toggle switch if it is on.
5. Under Set the date and time manually, click on Change.
6. A pop-up window will appear where you can select the date and time you want to set. Use the drop-down menus to choose the month, day, year, hour, minute, and second. Then click on Change.
7. Optionally, you can also change your time zone manually by using the Time zone drop-down menu below.
8. If you want to enable daylight saving time adjustments, make sure the Adjust for daylight saving time automatically toggle switch is turned on.
