Maybe you can used english in the china,japan,saudi arabia,indonesia and etc.For someone use english is very difficult,especially for country not use alphabet "a,b,c,d,e,f,g" like a russia,china,japan,saudi arabia,korea,etc.
Then how to learn English very easy, well and fast ?, I will write how to learn English suitable for my experience.

Step one suitable my experience is you must know about Alphabet in English.You must know and remember how to speak or pronouncing a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z correctly.Because this very important when you learn english vocabulary next time. - Learn And Remember Vocabulary
If you can pronouncing the English alphabet, then next learning is you must learn vocabulary. you can learn limb words, like a face word, finger word, mouth word, hand word, etc. Or you can learn the everyday language used, like a good morning, good evening, good night, hi my name is ..., what's your name, Thank You, etc. - Learn English Tenses
If you're a student, maybe you learn English Tenses to improve your English grammar correctly.In learning English tenses,you will learn present simple,present continuous,present perfect,present perfect continuous,past simple,past continuous,past perfect,etc. - Read Book Everything English Language
This is i learned English,i will read book everything English language,like a comic book, manga book, bible, news in English at the website and all book English language. If you dont't understand some word, then i will translate in google translate, bing translates and to find the word in English dictionary. -
Watching Everything English Language
This way helps you to listen in English, listened to some vocabulary and conversations is very important in learning English. You can watch on smart tv, video youtube, hear video music, etc. The watching you like, you can learn English very fast and easily - Use Friends For Practice English Speaking
To fast learn English you can practice conversation with your friends, you and your friends can learn mutual for faster in knowing to learn English well. If you having mistakes English,maybe your friends will help you correct and improve your English. -
Use Ome TV For Practice English Speaking
If not have friends to practice English, like a conversation and learn in English. Maybe you need friends in the Ome TV Application and other apps. In Ome TV you can convert to all people from any country. - Sing

If you deepen English, maybe you must learn English at school or university. There you can meet with an English expert teacher and meet friends learning English too. - Going to Country Use English Language
